Job Description :
1. Plan and execute lead gen campaigns across digital platforms, delivering on customer acquisition targets
2. Track and publish performance of the campaigns, and assess against targets (CPL, CPA, etc.)
3. Optimize campaigns based on the trends and insights observed
4. Liaise with Sales, Ops and other partner teams to understand the target market, consumer, competition
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop optimized landing pages
6. Leverage data extensively in order to maximize ROL on the campaign spends
7. Keep abreast with evolving digital marketing landscape, and adopt relevant developments internally
Requirements :
1. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
3. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
4. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
5. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
6. Working knowledge of ad serving tools
7. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
8. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
9. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
