Stanza Living - Head - Procurement

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of category managers and coordinators to procure direct business led materials, indirect & corporate requirements and services (IT & Non-IT)

- Planning procurement and contractual services based on business needs and ensure effective delivery/completion as per stipulated time and quality

- Effectively manage inventory levels with warehousing and logistics team, supporting in improving inventory turn around, spoilage and damages

- Develop and manage a network of rental suppliers to continually improve CX and reduce CAPEX

- Act as a thought partner to improve and develop procurement systems and product resulting in higher productivity, better tracking and visibility

- Discover preferred suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships for multiple categories and business needs

- Develop national and regional vendor base negotiating best in industry terms for payments, delivery and quality

- Control spend and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs via continual improvement in prices, pricing terms, inventory levels, modular SKU's, value engineering, alternate source and materials

- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

- B - School education preferred

Prior Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain with FMCG, E-Commerce, Automotive, Lifestyle or any high growth startup. A combination of domain expertise and start-up experience will be added p
