The managed accommodation market across India's top 20 cities is expected to quadruple from its current size of USD 20 billion to about USD 80 billion by 2030. Today, Stanza Living is the leader in the space with more than 75% market share in the student housing space and over 60% in the overall organized managed accommodation industry. The industry is evolving at a rapid pace in India as key players continue to attract large amount of capital from national and international institutional investors.
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Enterprise Sales to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through open and regular communication.
Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer pain points and opportunities for value creation.
- Use consultative selling techniques to provide insights and recommendations that align with the customer's business objectives.
Solution Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address specific customer requirements.
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to potential clients.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Relationship Building:
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and follow-up.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering post-sale support and addressing any issues that arise.
Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Experience:
- Proven experience in consultative sales, account management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing complex sales deals.
