The job opportunity for Product Manager:
Product Managers at Stanza Living play a pivotal role in leveraging technology for providing an exceptional user experience. With the analytical and problem-solving mindset, they get deeper into the function/problem space, work with stakeholders and partners to develop a wider perspective, take outside-in view of the problems and create a vision, strategy and roadmap of how software can solve immediate needs/wants, setting the stage for the right disruptions/innovations of the future. Once envisioned, they inspire and align stakeholders and transform their vision into reality.
Responsibilities :
- Own the strategy and roadmap for a key product/business areas.
- Lead acquisition initiatives through management methodologies.
- Working on user journeys, applying growth marketing strategies for boost in conversion rates and heighten user engagement by optimizing the funnels.
- Directing growth-focused digital marketing and retargeting campaigns to increase website t raffic.
- Implementing A/B testing methodologies and optimizing user satisfaction.
- Leading product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals, and acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and tech teams for successful implementation.
- Implementing targeted growth interventions in the user journey & collaborating with digital marketing teams.
- Orchestrating comprehensive digital growth strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing/Automation, SMS Marketing, and App Marketing.
- Partnering with the other business leaders to define and drive substantial parts of the customer experience for the respective products.
Who we are looking for :
- 2.5+ years of product management experience along with an academic background in Computer Science or related stream, MBA is a plus
- Past background building stellar high scale tech products
- Entrepreneurial mindset- acumen to guide our goals through roadmaps and define new product features and strategies
- Excellent communication skills to present data in most ambiguous situations
- Have a track record of building successful teams alongside being a customer champion.
- Passion for technology and proactive in understanding and developing various applications, must have used technology to solve business problems
- Knowledge in developing elegant and simple feature functionalities which deliver the world-class user experience
