About The Role / Responsibilities:
Campus Recruitment
- Partner with universities, colleges, and technical schools to establish strong relationships for recruitment opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate campus recruitment events such as job fairs, presentations, and workshops.
- Manage the internship and graduate recruitment programs, including interviews, assessments, and offer processes.
- Serve as the point of contact for students, academic institutions, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Lateral Recruitment:
- Source and recruit experienced professionals through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluate candidates for cultural and role fit.
- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Utilize social media and other sourcing techniques to attract passive talent.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the recruitment process.
Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Develop recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding on campuses and within professional networks.
- Stay up to date with trends in recruitment, particularly in campus and lateral hiring, to ensure the company remains competitive.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics, trends, and insights to HR leadership.
Requirements:
- 3- 4+ years of experience in Campus Recruitment
- Experience is Lateral Hiring along with Campus Recruitment is a plus.
- Familiarity with university recruitment processes, campus event planning and lateral hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including students, university staff, and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple task simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of social media and digital recruiting strategies
