Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in the Food & Beverage (F&B) vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, market trends, and financial data to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Data Analysis

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, operational efficiency, and cost control.

- Develop dashboards and reports to present insights to stakeholders.

2. Process Improvement

- Identify inefficiencies in F&B operations and recommend process improvements.

- Work with cross-functional teams (kitchen, supply chain, marketing, finance) to streamline workflows.

- Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks.

3. Market Research & Consumer Insights

- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark pricing, offerings, and market positioning.

- Gather customer feedback and behavioral trends to enhance product offerings.

- Track and analyze seasonal trends affecting sales and inventory.

4. Technology & Digital Transformation

- Work with IT teams to optimize data management and reporting capabilities.

- Support digital transformation initiatives in F&B operations.

5. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

- Prepare business reports for senior management, outlining key insights and recommendations.

- Present findings in meetings to help guide decision-making.

- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to align on business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.

- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI is a plus.

- Understanding of F&B cost structures, inventory management, and supply chain dynamics.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
