Role: Business Head/ PnL Head
Designation: AVP/ VP - PnL Management
- Strategically plan the overall management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives.
- Responsible for driving the Business Development effort for the Business geography in accordance with the Company strategy and budget for Market.
- Accountable for delivering local Commercial P&L goals and other performance objectives & financial KPIs
- P&L responsibility for the Business geography accountability for meeting growth targets
- Direct management of the Sales, Account Management, Business Development and Operational teams of the Business.
- Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve retention of the business.
- Manage existing clients and secure job orders from new and existing clients and manage delivery as well in a time bound manner.
- Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients.
- Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the industry.
- Build strategic relationships with key clients.
- Prepare and submit annual budgets, plans and periodic progress reports to the Management and monitor performance to ensure budget achievement
- Plan and set annual sales targets, annual incentives, and reviewing progress for the team
- Able to self-drive the business and handle the team with less supervision.
- Providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to a group of individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results.
- Developing a strong working relationship with the internal and external stakeholders to build a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics driven environment.
- Ability to effectively analyze the client's needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals
- Minimum 8+years in client management/ key account management/ P&L role.
- Dynamic, proactive and competent.
