Hiring for Regional Sales Manager for Stanley Black & Decker India ltd for Chennai location. This position will report to Head of Sales.

JD:
- Lead a team of sales professionals and motivate them to deliver on their sales objectives
- Deploy and monitor execution of promotions and other market initiatives aligned to the Sales Strategy of the company.
- Construct the Region Business Plan (Annual/Qtr/Month) by markets and product category
Stock and Input Planning by SKU Monthly/Quarterly Results ( by category in value and profits)
- Brand Activity planning, costing & execution in sync with brand plan.
- New Channel Activation & Loyalty programme.
- Grow the region in terms of sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Align replenishment teams based on forecast.
- Lead the planning and implementation of initiatives to improve downstream logistics.
- Identify slow moving stocks and try to run activities to ensure faster liquidation.
- Optimization of marketing budgets.
- Develop Institutional & new channels of Business.
- Expand the new consumer base.
- Identify new business opportunities, plan and implement
- Strike new business & distribution alliances to expand the consumer base & sales momentum.
- Achieve the "Business Unit" monthly/ quarterly objectives.
- People Development.
