You'll get to: - Analyze needs and develop training curriculum for all SBD products - Implement training to employees, channel partners and end users on both the sales and product specs create value through being a solution provider - Keep abreast of the latest offerings from competition and providing benchmark analyses to establish product superiority of SBD brands - Develop supporting guides and collateral for all brands and utilizes brand guidelines - Lead the new employee onboarding education - Maintain effective online training tools that are cutting edge and user friendly - Ensures continuous improvement and upgradation of relevant content in SBDU and other online SBD resources coupled with ensuring 100% completion of these courses for new joiners and existing employees as applicable - Lead TTT (Train The Trainer) sessions to SBU Managers - Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Product Managers and Marketing on commercialization efforts - Oversee technical certification program and database management - Works continually towards self-development to stay current on products, sales and supervisory procedures & practices The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
