JOB OBJECTIVE:
Design and monitoring of the PSL product program to enable achievement of defined PSL targets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify market trend and target customers- needs in order to design PSL product / services offerings.
- Structure PSL product offering to effectively compete in the market, including obtaining the requisite product approvals from Group as well as in-country stakeholders and designing the operational framework for execution of the same
- Work with functions such as Operations, Credit, Legal, Compliance teams in developing and executing PSL product related aspects such as processes, regulatory compliance, product kits, risk policy review etc.
- Ensure adequate training and communication of any product changes and their associated customer, operational, process and systems impact
- Develop and execute all PSL product-related performance metrices and process/ dataflow streamlining
- Monitor & course correct the efficiency of PSL products launched to manage the required PSL norms & agreed RoRWA benchmarks
- Ensure review of product portfolio at regular intervals and appropriate reporting.
- Develop go-to-market strategy along with the frontline for implementation of the marketing and incentive plans
- Design and run campaigns through multiple channels and develop acquisition focused marketing programs for cross selling PSL products on the banks customer base.
- Develop understanding of all customer requirements, market Intelligence, buyer preferences and competition mapping, markets investigation etc.
- Review and suggest cost saving measures to drive the budgets on the Product P&L
