Job Title : Manager Technology, Program and Change  Band : 6  Generic Job Role : Technology Line Management  Reports To (Primary) : Head Technology, Program and Change  Direct Reports : Manager, Program and Change   Job Purpose :  - Program Manage New Technology Program's / Initiative in the country including Group Projects rolled in the country, Local in-country initiatives, Regulatory related initiatives   - Develops and maintains an integrated portfolio plan (consolidation of project plans and schedules).  - Be the effective change agents in the country to support the strategic business aspirations by driving and delivering tangible expected results through discipline and consistent project management lifecycle  - To instill an Change Governance Process to Facilitate, and Govern Investments or Change Initiatives aligned to the group investment and project policy   - To Facilitate or lead quality and effective change implementation of large/medium/small scale aligned to the team capacity and country change digestion pace   - To support maintaining stable and controlled system environments while driving desired Change activities aligned to business priorities   - Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and usher them through the entire lifecycle.  Key Responsibilities :  PMO Function :  - Monitor project portfolio status reporting and change quantum forecast / project closures update   - Develop change calendar and resource planner for in country resources considering project implementation roll-out schedule.  - Produces Program/ portfolio summary packs and briefs senior management on the status of their investment in line with the Program governance model  Project Implementation :  - Participate in Project PSC &/or PWC  - Follow through on Project Plan, Financials and Risks  - Work with various stakeholders to ensure implementation is smooth   - Attend Command Centre call for production escalation  Post Implementation :  - Review issues raised post implementation   - Responsible for driving the various teams - both internal and external - to deliver Projects  - Proactively mitigating risks  - Follow through on Project Benefit Tracking  Knowledge/Skills/Experience :  - Graduate / Post-graduate in IT or relevant experience  - 10-15 years overall experience including - big shop- experience in a large complex on-line environment  - Proven ability to manage significant technology and related changes by controlling budgets and managing projects  - Extensive customer service background, with 3-5 years in ITeS/BPO  - Knowledge of SCB business and IT environment and/or BFSI experience  - High degree of logical, analytical, interpersonal & communication skills;   - Demonstrated people management skills. Should have managed and led teams consisting of diverse technical skills  - Understanding/experience of Call centre, Change, Problem & Security management operations and tools
