JOB ROLE
Preparing and Reporting MIS along with qualitative inputs, trends, comparisons that will meet requirements of the Client Experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate data-driven insights on business performance and performance drivers and create comprehensive summaries about findings and resulting conclusions. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports
- Provide timely, accurate reporting on performance and ad hoc analysis- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
- Contribute to development of automated and scalable solutions for reporting and forecasting- Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Support Management team with basic and advanced analytical skills- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Conduct business reviews
- Implement process and procedures- Internal and regulatory
- Interface for Audits - Internal and Regulatory Reporting
- Cost and Vendor Management
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word, power point, access), Visual Basics, SQL
- Ability to build scalable models
- Ability to apply basic statistical techniques (i.e. hypothesis testing, control groups)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modelling
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Graduate
- Min 5 Years of relevant work experience.
