JOB OBJECTIVE :

Establish, drive and co-ordinate the country strategy, execution and priorities to deliver sustainable growth across Employee Banking clients, ensuring that the Bank fulfils the potential and realises the significant revenue and operating profit growth opportunity that the segment represents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Proposition / CVP creation - Build and enhance the CVP to make it market relevant & customized for top EB corporate & industry specific CVPs - Develop Customer Value Proposition, service and relationship management experience that is distinctive, market-leading and scalable, while being consistent with the global strategy and framework

- Design, implement, communicate and refresh relevant and execution plans, within agreed risk parameters, aligned with the global strategy

- Determine the optimal balance of channel usage, and in collaboration with the country team ensure plans are developed and implemented to drive new business sales and Assets Under Management (AUM), across all product groups and customer segments

- NTB customer strategy - cut-offs, scorecard inputs, first 100 day engagement plan - Add new clients, enhance pipeline processes, and improve cross-sell and effective tail management to achieve greater productivity and market penetration

- Introduce and drive bundled solutions that deepen relationships and address client needs by improving levels of capability and productivity as well as process efficiency

- Portfolio cross-sell & deepening across product and service

- Create a strategy and implement the overall deepening agenda.

- Work with Portfolio Managers in Mass, Emerging & Affluent segment to identify untapped potentials and coordinate activities to deepening wallet share into EB customers

- Manage attrition of portfolio and ensure EB customers use SCB salary account as primary account

- Deliver profitable income growth across EB clients and be held accountable to achieve sustainable growth in this segment

- Digitisation of EB on-boarding & portfolio management - including reviewing ways to reduce cost of acquisition and cost to serve via digital capabilities

- On-boarding, portfolio quality management & analytics (Corporate and individual employee level) and build a profitable and active EB book, search for revenue enhancement opportunities and towards that work with analytics, CA & CR

- Manage the budget, ensuring it is met and accurately forecasted throughout the year.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

- Management graduate with 8-12 years relevant working experience.

- Experience in a financial institution, preferably in Product Management, and/or Marketing with a strong understanding of product design / dynamics and financials drivers

- Previous P&L management responsibilities desirable
