JOB OBJECTIVE :
Drive acquisition, retention and deepening of the PSL customer portfolio by ensuring superior product and service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Acquisition :
- Drive the originating of new PSL portfolio available for acquisition, completion of due diligence and analysis of the portfolio and completion of the acquisition process in compliance with Group and Regulatory guidelines
- Determine sales distribution strategy for the region and manage implementation to ensure target achievement
- Actively engage with stakeholders; design strategy for enabling new business origination, client retention, relationship building and cross sell of products
- Create alternate channels for increase penetration in existing bank clients, origination from online channel and increase in developers channel contribution
- Ensure profitability and deliver volumes, maximize business performance and achieve budgeted profitability and optimize product-related cost
Portfolio Management :
- Focus on new business acquisitions and portfolio management of PSL portfolio, meet balance sheet targets and achieve profitability targets for portfolio
- Drive deepening values and fee generation from the PSL customer portfolio, including deepening customer relationship and maximizing penetration
- Client servicing with the aim of customer delight.
- Implement cross sell opportunities and ensure that SCB gets the maximum share of the wallet.
- Develop account plans for customer relationships with revenue and value-add objectives, to ensure monthly profit targets as agreed are met and exceeded.
- Contributing to the teams business plans for the expansion of business opportunities in strategic target areas
- Sales Management and Process adherence:
- Ensure that all new and existing customer documents are as per group standards on KYC
- Ensure awareness and compliance of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention
- Maintaining proactive relations with all internal and external customers.
- Maintaining standard MIS pack and follow the Sales Management Process.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Management graduate with 6-10 years of relevant working experience in the PSL domain
- Knowledge of and experience in mortgage/ lending/ assets products
- Awareness of market competition, industry practices and regulations for PSL
