We are currently looking for CDD Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for ensuring that all new client relationships have undergone the appropriate client identification screening as mandated by the Customer Due Diligence and On-boarding Procedures prior to the opening of a new account relationship.
- Conduction Operational Risk Assessment as per procedures
- Updation and maintenance of Unit DOIs
- Support the completion of the CDD profile of the client at all times in client lifecycle, including on boarding, trigger events, ongoing and periodic reviews as a part of the organization standards
- Liaise with Business Frontline, Credit, Operations, and Legal as necessary as part of the CDD process
- Liaise with Compliance /FCC/ Legal on specific requirements and regulations arising under special circumstances
- Liaise with Vendors (internal or external) for activities related to CDD. Third Party Risk Management procedures to be conducted as required for all applicable arrangements
- Maintain processing turnaround and productivity standards. Accurate output is expected in all cases handled with key tasks described as follows:
All cases reviewed are 100% accurate in terms of data content;
- Ensure 100% compliance while reviewing the data consistency across various documents and system data according to pre-set guidelines and AML/CDD standards without deviations
- Turn Around Time (TAT) for each case to be maintained and documented
- MIS maintenance and generation: Maintaining a comprehensive MIS and regular reporting of the same.
- Reporting as per agreed timelines & guidelines provided from time to time & Highlighting emerging trends and raise issues if any
- Partner in roll out of key initiatives - The role holders would be required to roll out key training programs critical to the bank and business requirements and to answer queries from the RM/Sale Support
- Interfacing with internal audits/reviewers as needed to explain the control environment and scope of CDD reviews
Liaise with :
- CDD Team - for meeting the productivity, accuracy target and high service levels
- Frontline (SM/RM/Sales Support/BH) - completion of On-boarding and on-going CDD; Training and Certification Systems and Product team - System gap analysis and inputs
