- Strategic Partnership & Advisory - Work closely with the founders on long-term strategy, focusing on culture-building initiatives, operational frameworks, and organizational priorities.

- Offer research-backed recommendations on OTT trends, consumer behavior, and industry benchmarks.

- Project Management & Execution - Lead end-to-end execution of founder-prioritized projects, ensuring timely delivery with high impact.

- Establish and streamline operational systems, driving cross-functional collaboration.

- Monitor and report project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Culture & Organizational Development - Collaborate on initiatives that reinforce STAGE's core values and culture, fostering a sense of ownership and alignment across teams.

- Research & Industry Insights - Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, competitor landscapes, and innovative OTT strategies.

- Synthesize findings into actionable insights to inform founder decision-making.

Professional Experience: 2-4 years in a Founder's office role, management consulting, or a similar strategic position.
