Designation: Staffing Specialist
Position reports to : Senior Manager - Recruitment and work as individual contributor
Responsibilities :
- Own Requisitions (Hands-on role) - End to end delivery (Requisitions - Offers - Follow Up - On boarding)
- Adhere to Process document and ensure requisitions are
- Interact with business/stake holders from time to time from recruitment perspective
- Fire Fighting - Provide recruitment solutions
- Leverage on Employee Referrals, Direct Sourcing Model and other avenues for great ROI
- Vendor Management (Interact with external vendors and build cordial relationship for high yield)
- Maintain Trackers diligently.
Requirements :
- 6 to 9 years of hands on experience in Recruitment
- Experience in working for IT Product/Services Organizations (Product exp. preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Must have experience in building plans for Large scale hiring needs
- Must have excellent recruiting acumen, business and technology understanding
- Must be a go-getter; Self Driven and one who takes complete ownership and accountability
- Must be data driven
- Excellent attitude; Team player.
- Good communication skills;
- Experience in MS Office suite of tools (Specially in MS Excel and Power Point)
