We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Sales Vendor ship Development to join our team, with a primary focus on developing and maintaining vendor ship relationships. Job Overview:
- As the Staffing Sales Manager - Vendorship Development, you will play a crucial role in expanding and nurturing our vendorship relationships.
- You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential vendor partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing services to our clients. Your strategic approach to vendorship development will be key to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendorship Development: Identify and prioritize potential vendor partners in alignment with our strategic objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors while proactively seeking new partnerships.
Negotiation: Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements. Ensure that vendor contracts are mutually beneficial and meet our client's staffing needs.
Client Engagement: Work closely with our clients to understand their staffing requirements and coordinate with vendors to deliver tailored solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets related to vendorship development and revenue generation. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in vendor relationships.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Use market insights to identify opportunities for expanding our vendorship portfolio.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics related to vendorship development. Provide regular updates to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure all vendor relationships adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of at least 2 to 5 years in staffing sales or business development, with a focus on vendorship development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the staffing industry and labour market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
