Staffing Lead
Role Purpose :
- To manage the delivery of all hiring activity within a given Business Group or geography. This will include managing staffing team members, owning hiring targets and Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s), ensuring diversity embedded hiring practices are adhered to, and performing some hands on recruitment.
Job Responsibilities (all areas)
- Define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy for all hiring activity across the area of responsibility, including executive hiring In line with Global Ops Model drive Workforce Planning and capacity planning;
- optimizing your team to deliver against full hiring demand whilst ensuring productivity targets are being met Monitor headcount execution plan and own headcount forecasting in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Lead (TAL) Driving operational excellence within the team – Support NGS (e-recruitment system) user and drive full functionality adoption
- Improving efficiencies through Ops Model implementation and adoption of standard roles, processes, metrics etc
- Drive strong executive recruitment efforts through solid account management, exec recruitment process adoption and in partnership with TAL manages key search partner relationships Focus on quality of hire:
- Drive use of interview competencies and talent mapping exercises to hire best talent for all positions including executive hiring across the area of responsibility – Own getting the right people into the right roles.
- Ensure monitoring of staffing vendors performance against KPI’s on a monthly basis
- In partnership with TAL lead and manage Quarterly vendor review process Develop and implement own sourcing strategies and hiring plans for specific reqs Build strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies Partner with Hiring Managers and build strong client relationships Source candidates proactively, screen relevant candidates, present candidates to hiring managers and provide coaching on talent assessment, make hiring recommendations.
Skills and Experience (Qualifications)
Must Be an MBA from Tier I institute.
- Excellent communication , human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience: Ideally a minimum of 10+ years of related business experience and ideally at least five years of recruiting experience, preference for managerial/leadership role Demonstrated Analytic skills and strong partnership with TAL in issues such as Work Force Planning Experience in project management and designing effective hiring processes to meet changing business needs Recruiting experience to include: passion for placing candidates;
- significant experience identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels Deep understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills Excellent negotiation skills.
