Stader - Strategy & Analytics Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Set-up Strategy and analytical function at Stader

- Design and build Stader token model, continuously optimize the token schedules to solve for critical Stader objectives

- Design and build multiple models for various Stader ecosystem stakeholders (including node operators) to optimize for business objectives

- Design and build customer life cycle management model, channel optimization strategy for Stader to optimize acquisition, churn

Essential Skills & experience:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

- Advanced knowledge of excel, ppt, and willingness to learn data processing tools

- Experience building financial/ business plans
