JOB ANALYSIS / SUMMARY :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To ensure all work is processed in line with the clients and regulatory guidelines as per the agreed SLA.
Dealing :
To place deals as per the investors instructions for :
- All Money-In (Sale/Investments), Money-Out (Repurchase)
- Transfer of Investments from one product to another product
- Switches and Conversion transactions from income to growth
- To ensure that all transactions are placed within the valuation point that is applicable to various management companies.
- Also, includes setting up client account.
Registration
- To handle all registration and transfer activities which include
- Database administration in respect of client and agent.
- Settling the deals placed and setting up payment mandates.
- It also includes setting up deals for regular savings and amendments thereof.
- Processing the undelivered correspondences and appointment of agents.
- It also involves carrying out Money Laundering checks and updating the clients status accordingly.

1. People Management and team leading :
Efficient management of activities of staff which ensures smooth work flow. Achievement of agreed SLA processing standards for all clients. Proper delegation of work and optimum resource allocation to ensure deadlines are met. Effective team management with good communication skills.
2. Escalation of issues to Manager :
Timely identification/resolution/escalation of issues.
3. Staff Development :
Managing the performance, coaching and development of staff
4. Effective Communication :
Effective departmental internal/ external communication with client. Team performance/ Client feedback /Reporting Managers feedback
5. Process Improvement :
Take initiatives in process development and ensure timely updates. Proactive approach to service enhancement. Effective process organization, monitoring and controls
JOB SPECIFICATION :
Required Educational Attainments (Degrees, Certificates etc)
1. B Com, BBA,M com, MBA
Required Skill Sets (Technical/Behavioral)
1. Knowledge of capital markets, securities, mutual funds, derivatives, etc.
2. Good analytical & data interpretation skills
3. Understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
4. Good MS Office Knowledge.
5. Knowledge of application or document processing.
