Position title : Leadership Levels for a Start-up Company

Job Responsibilities :

- Developing and maintaining a companys vision, mission statement, and strategic plan

- Setting up systems and procedures to ensure the companys success over time

- Reviewing financial statements and other reports to assess the companys performance

- Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and managing all members of the companys staff

- Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth, including new products or services that meet unmet needs in the marketplace

- Communicating with employees about company goals, objectives, and policies

- Evaluating new technologies and business practices to determine their potential impact on the companys operations

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, and other business contacts

- Developing an effective marketing strategy to promote products or services offered by the company

- Develop the companys vision and strategy, in alignment with its core values

- Create long-term and short-term goals to achieve the companys vision, and develop action plans with measurable milestones to track progress

- Research and analyse trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace to identify new business opportunities

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company and its products/services

- Write compelling copy for website, brochures, ads, email marketing, etc.

- Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other key stakeholders

- Manage the financial health of the company, including developing budgets, forecasting cash flow, and preparing financial reports

- Hire, train, and manage employees, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed

- Serve as the face and voice of the company, representing it at events, networking functions, trade shows, etc.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

- Stay up-to-date on industry news and developments to ensure the company is keeping pace with competitors

- Perform any other duties as required to support the success of the business

Qualification: Any IIM graduate

Experience: 2-5 years
