Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager located in Navi Mumbai.

- The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and control processes in the manufacturing facilities, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality.

- Daily tasks include supervising quality control staff, implementing and monitoring quality control systems, analyzing data, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of quality control processes and quality assurance principles.

- Experience in supervising and managing quality control staff.

- Proficiency in data analysis and quality control systems implementation.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards related to laboratory chemicals and allied products.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work methodically.

- Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is mandatory.
