Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Performance:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve ambitious growth goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver insightful sales reports to leadership, providing data-driven insights.
Sales Management & Coaching:
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Sales Pipeline & Opportunity Management:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, actively prospecting and qualifying new leads.
- Develop compelling sales proposals and presentations to convert leads into customers.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns that support sales goals.
- Provide input on marketing materials and messaging to ensure alignment with technical product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales management or marketing role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and sales cycle management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring a sales team (a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Previous experience with technical products in your industry (a plus).
