Responsibilities:

- Own the strategy and execution for Business Development Activities for our Consumer Companies.

- Grow & Manage relationships with Merchant Partners and Strategic Partners, to drive and increase revenue

- Manage Direct Ad Sales for our Properties

- Set and Meet Revenue Targets

- Track sales activity, competitor activities and share regular analysis and our progress.

- Give regular feedback to product team as well as marketing team , based on market inputs.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Ideal candidate should have experience in Media Sales, as well as Account Management.

- Strong network with eCommerce merchants in India, as well as large Content companies

- Interest and Experience with Online & Offline Marketing Customer Acquisition Tactics

- Self Motivated and Output Driven Individual

- Exceptional in Communication and strong negotiator

- Interest to work in a fast growing Startup
