To strengthen our financial strategy and ensure sustainable growth, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board based on financial analysis and projections.

- Drive long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Real Estate Finance & Investment:

- Oversee financial structuring for real estate projects, including funding, investments, and loan syndication.

- Manage project financing, liaising with banks, NBFCs, and investors for fund raising.

- Ensure efficient cash flow management and working capital optimization.

Accounting & Compliance:

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to statutory and regulatory compliance (GST, RERA, Income Tax, etc.).

- Develop and maintain financial policies, controls, and procedures to ensure risk mitigation.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Cost Control & Profitability Analysis:

- Implement cost optimization strategies across projects to maximize profitability.

- Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects and expansion plans.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Corporate Governance & Stakeholder Management:

- Ensure transparency in financial reporting and decision-making.

- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and financial performance.

- Represent the company in financial matters with investors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

- Real Estate Industry Expertise: Minimum 4+ years of experience with real estate developers handling financial management, project financing, and cost optimization.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Expertise in raising funds through banks, NBFCs, PE investors, and financial institutions.

- Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of RERA, GST, Income Tax, and other real estate-related financial regulations.

- ERP & Financial Systems: Proficiency in SAP, Tally, or other financial ERP software.

Desired Skills (Good-to-Have):

- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) within the real estate sector.

- Strong relationships with financial institutions, banks, and investment firms.

- Exposure to IPO preparation and investor presentations.

- Leadership experience in a fast-growing real estate company.

- Ability to drive digital transformation in financial operations.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- Additional certifications such as CFA / CPA / MBA (Finance) would be an added advantage.
