Ecommerce Specialist
- P&L Management - Own the P&L for ecommerce independently to deliver on Top line and Bottom-line for PAN India, maintaining a constant growth over platform. Quarterly JBP Plans with all platforms and Monthly checks to Avoid deviation.
- Business Development & Vendor Negotiation - all the Margin Closures & TOT End to End Ownership.
- New Product Development & Launch
- Marketing/Promo/ SEO Campaign
- Keep a Close call with all the platform & preparing a Quarterly plan by using adequate Resources. Work Closely with Platform teams here to Enhance Customer Experience.
- Data Drive approach for adequate results. Analytical Driven Decisions based on Pareto chat formation, A/B testing etc.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, supporting, and executing marketing campaigns on various e-commerce channels to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Promotions & forecasting ,Campaign effectiveness measurement ,Deep dive analysis on campaign performance.
- Present post campaign insights /root cause analysis.
- Track metrics to analyze
- Vendor compliance, non-selling items, and sales forecast.
- Demand Planning & Inventory control
- Coordinate with internal operations teams for accurate and timely orders fulfilment.
- Background in brand/marketing would be an added advantage.
- Candidate should have bachelor's degree or higher in business management, systems management, or online marketing.
- He / She should have 5+ years working experience in E-commerce.
