Job Title : Retail Store Incharge

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education : PG: Postgraduate - MBA is preferred

Industry : FMCG Industry /Foods/Beverage

Location : Bangalore

Prior Work Experience : 3-6 years, managing team (from food Retail Background)

- Preferably from Customer Service Background

- Language : Kanada (mandatory)

- Based out of Karnataka

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Incharge of Multiple Organic Stores.

- Sales target : Responsible for the Revenue of all Retail Stores.

- Responsible for both top line and bottom line.

- Retail Store Operation

- Regular visits to stores ensure Fifo, Visual display, up-selling, print display, etc.

- Train Store managers.

- Visit all stores regularly.

- Reconciliation of cash in stores based on sales.

- Inventory audit on monthly basis all stores and report the same.

- Conduct promotional activities/programs.

- Customer Service : Increase customer walk-in, handle query /complaints, in-store service.

- New store set up, including exploring various property options.

- Define Individual Store Plan : Visibility and Merchandising, Sales Target, Product Range Selling, Focused Product, New Customer Additions, Budget utilization

- Assign Plan to Store Manager : Discussing and Analyzing the opportunities to reach goals.

- Collecting and monitoring Daily Data: Morning, afternoon, and Evening - Status is to update and provide necessary inputs to reach their daily target.

- Store visit /Sharing the Counter: Every Day interact with Customers in stores, visit the other two stores to check stock availability.

- Procurement and Stock filling: Making Indent for stocks. arranging on right Time

- Comparing Store to Store Performance: To observe the strengths and challenges of each store.

- Store Manager: Supervise Store manager Behavior and Attitude, Motivation, Work sharing, Training on the Job.
