Marketing Manager Role
- Devise marketing strategy & plans for the 24Mantra brand to ensure delivery of business objectives.
- Design annual integrated marketing plan (ATL, BTL) to achieve business and brand objectives.
- Manage trade marketing budgets, monitor investments and activities ensuring alignment of trade marketing plans and programs with field sales needs and marketing initiatives.
- Formulate action plans for Modern trade & channel sales to ensure strong on ground presence.
- Develop unique packaging & pricing strategy for sustainable business.
- Drive marketing strategy via innovations in product/packaging development, category creation & advertising/communication programs.
- Handle team of 10.
- Liaise with media agencies to design Marketing campaigns and marketing collateral that are effective and appropriate for the target audience.
- Work on building financially viable business models via identification of strong consumer insights, category creation, and new product launches & innovative brand building initiatives.
- Drive marketing strategies via innovations in product/packaging development, category creation & advertising/communication programs. Handle media planning and buying at a corporate level.
