Asst . Mgr / Dy Mgr / Manager - Finance

Person should have team handling experience

Should be either executive / senior executive -Accounts & Finance

Trading Industry Experience or manufacturing experience is must.

Qualification: Qualified CA a must / ICWA - Corporate Experience.

Industry Experience: Minimum 2 -3years/ Minimum 5 years

Responsibilities :

- Preparation of Financial Statements under INDAS.

- Liaison with Statutory Auditors & Internal Auditors.

- Consolidation of Financial Statements at the entity level including Monthly MIS.

- Periodical GL Review / AP / AR with a dashboard.

- Periodical implementation of Internal Financial Controls.

- Preparation of Budget and conducting Variance Analysis.

- Coordination with Stakeholders and Other Key Department Persons.

- Preparation of Due Diligence Data as and when required.

Other Specifications :

- Associate should be Self Starter , have Multi-Tasking Skills and to be assertive.

- Associate should have Good Interpersonal skills and Team Leader.

- Good Communication Skills

- ERP Savvy.
