1. Plan and achieve sales, collections and profitability targets for the assigned territory and customer base by ensuring various strategies like product mix, leasing solutions, structuring, fee income, down selling etc
2. Identify other new business opportunities such as new and structured products, cross sell initiatives, partnerships etc to drive market penetration.
3. Build networks and strategic alliances with manufacturers, dealers to drive business development, profitability and productivity of Strategic business
4. Maintain and enhance relations with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity, growth and collections; expand share of wallet from key customers
5. Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets
6. Work closely with the RSME team to enhance customer relationship and upgrade customer to strategic group.
7. Ensure formation and implementation of collection and recovery in Strategic business with focus on critical NPA cases by creating innovative financial solutions customised for the clients.
8. Manage the collection and recovery portfolio in identified stressed accounts with focus on critical NPA cases
9. Facilitate loss claim recovery from the critical identified accounts in portfolio.
10. Build strong customer service platform and processes to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries
