Purpose of the Role - Transaction Advisory and Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Business Development, Planning & coordination for execution and also coordination with the client
- Preparation of DPR on various infrastructure projects and presentation of the same to the concerned Central/ State Govt. Deptts. Agencies for approval
- Preparation of Bid Documents including financial modelling and drafting of documents
- Bid Process Management including evaluation of bids
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Business Development and Client Coordination
- Planning and coordination for execution of projects
- Target oriented approach
Qualification : B.E. (Civil/ Chemical/ Mechanical) with MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
Years of exp. : 12-20 yrs.
Industry experience : Consulting engineering and management
Key Competencies :
Should have experience in :
- Preparation of Concept Plan/ Detailed Project Reports/ Project Information Memorandum
- Project financing/ structuring/ financial modelling/ project appraisal
- Preparation of Bid Documents and Bid Process Management
- Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
- Should have good communication, report writing skill and presentation ability
- Experience in coordinating a professional team
- Should have leadership quality
