Function : Resource Mobilisation

Designation : Assistant Manager / Manager

Location : Kolkata + Mumbai ( 1 each)

Reporting : Relationship Head - RM

Purpose of the Role - Preparing Banking Proposals in the Resource Mobilization team .

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Preparation of Banking Proposals

- To negotiate fund mobilizing for SEFL and group companies

- To meet banks & put up the proposals.

- Assist to raise resources through Working Capital, Term Loans, debentures, CPs.

Key Competencies :

- A qualified CA/MBA with around 3-5 years of experience in handling exp in the bank's corporate loan department / R M function.

- Should possess pleasant personality with good communication and negotiation skills

- Should possess good command over banking requirements for fund raising

- Should possess good financial acumen and analytical skills

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Qualification : CA / MBA (specialization in marketing and finance)

Years of experience : 3-5 yrs

Industry experience: Corporate Banking from Banking and Finance / Large Corporates & Mid markets ( Handling Terms Loans & other financial products)
