Role :

Experienced in Accounting Shared Services viz., Expenses, BRS, Payroll related expenses, Petty Cash and other day to day routine Accounting entries.

Business Outcomes

- Help the organisation in creating a shared service center for financial service vertical which can gradually extend to other businesses as well

- Bring in Technology, processes and SOPS for shared services

- Ensuring smooth migration from existing system to shared services mode

- Quality check of data and outputs

- Measure people on output

- Ensuring Statutory compliances

- Ensuring proper DMS

Risk, Process & Compliance

- Manage Financial Management Information Systems and ensure that relevant financial data / reports are provided on a regular basis to assist business leaders in making informed decisions

- Ensure proper execution of statutory and internal audits as per timelines and in coordination with internal control and compliance department if required

- Co-ordinate with external auditors for faster resolution of audit queries and presentation of financial data in required format

- Guide preparation of annual book of accounts in line with planned time schedule and accounting norms and standards

- Drive development and implementation of all accounting policies & procedures in compliance with Indian accounting standards
