One of our leading Software product clients - pioneers in Procurement Space looking to hire Senior VP - Marketing.

Role : SVP - Marketing (Global role)

Loc : Mumbai

Exp : 15 + yrs

Reporting to : CEO

The Senior Vice President of Marketing is responsible for creating and executing a clearly defined Global marketing and communications strategy in a manner that supports consistent business growth and enhances brand equity, mindshare, and awareness. This position is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, driving and managing all marketing functions to achieve the company objectives of Sales, growth, profitability and Visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and position consistent with the company’s directions.

Responsibilities:

- Create strong marketing presence in emerging markets

- Define local strategies for enhancement of demand in Europe and APAC.

- Partner with sales on enablement and customer engagement and intimacy programs.

- Lead the overall digital marketing strategy of organization through new media and avenues.

- Lead a strong 70+ member marketing team of various specializations and sub functions.

Requisites:

- 15+ years experience with 5+ years in progressive marketing roles at the senior management level

- University degree from top Engineering or Business Schools. MBA preferred.

- A strong track record of performance excellence meeting organization goals

- Strong on strategy development and execution

- The ability to establish a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their
energy on achieving business objectives

- Global exposure especially in US and Europe

- The ability to lead multiple, complex priorities within demanding timelines
