Sr VP - M&A - Oil & Gas

Role:

- SVP Oil & Gas is responsible to assist the COO in developing the Oil & Gas activities.

Responsibilities:

1. The establishment of funds targeting investments in the oil sector in Kuwait and the region.

2. Identification of acquisition projects, performing the due diligence, negotiating the acquisition, and managing the project once acquired.

3. Identifying green-field projects, and retaining consultants, managing and coordinating the development of the project.

Requirements:

1. MBA from a top business school;

2. Professional affiliation such as CFA Charter is a plus;

3. About 10 years of post-MBA experience in different areas of finance and investment sector including corporate finance and investment banking, management consulting, project and investment appraisal.
