About our Client - Our client is a leading Insurance company which operates across India and offers a range of insurance products for financial planning and life insurance. They are looking out a Senior Vice President to head their Bancassurance & Strategic Alliances at their Head Office in Mumbai.
Job Description - As a Head of Bancassurance & Strategic Alliances you will be reporting to the Chief Distribution Officer and will be responsible for:
- New partner acquisitions in BFSI segment and creation of new tie ups in new segments
- Develop long term profitability and growth path for Acquisition
- Oversee execution of new partner acquisition strategy
- Provide insights to senior leadership in areas of competitor analysis, market intelligence, best practices
- Design of value proposition for prospective partners
- Execute and lead the engagement process for the target segments and specific accounts
- Ensure partner Top Management engagement and relationship
- New Partner on boarding & Business Development
- Channel Partner Management & Risk Mitigation
The Successful Candidate - You will have a Bachelor or Masters Degree with at least 15 years of experience in the Insurance Industry in a Business Development, Sales & Distribution role and should have been in a Leadership role for at least 5 years managing New Partner Acquisitions and Strategic Alliances. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
