Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Should be hands on in Fund Accounting, Portfolio Valuation, Trade & income processing + reconciliation, knowledge on Trade confirmation + settlement with Asset servicing.

JD:

- High profile management position accountable for building scalable Funds based operation to provide foundation to support significant future offshore growth aspirations of the business.

- Responsible for management of +800 staff based offshore in India – India across multiple time zones. These functions include the following across Asia, Europe, Middle East and U.S.:

- Fund Accounting & Valuation – Traditional and Alternatives

- Statutory Reporting – Traditional and Alternatives

- Trade Processing & Reconciliation – Traditional and Alternatives

- Income Processing & Reconciliation – Traditional

- Portfolio Valuation & Reconciliation - Fund of Funds

- Transfer Agency

- MENA Sub Custody Trade Processing, Settlement & Asset Servicing

- Accountable for financial planning to achieve cost targets set across business.

- Promote relentless focus on service quality across Operational disciplines.

- Management of operational processes to meet or exceed service level requirements

- Accountable for continuous process improvement of existing processes and migration of new functions from the onshore business partner.

- Drive key employee initiatives to promote and position as the employer of choice.
