About our Client: Our client is one of the leading Financial Institutions Globally. Due to expansion in their regional business, an excellent opportunity has come up as Head of Procurement Services.

They are looking for seasoned professional with around 15-20 years of experience to join their team as Senior Vice President/Director managing the procurement strategy, contract management, managing supplier risk and create an integrated model to deliver a cost efficient, high value service to businesses operating out of multiple geographies across Asia.

Job Description: Reporting into Head of Corporate Services for APAC, you would be responsible to manage the Sourcing, Risk, Transformation and P2P delivery functions.

You would be responsible for:

- Lead the procurement service team comprising of Facilities, HR, IT, Travel, Operations etc. spread across multiple locations supporting business across APAC.

- Set-up a culture of risk awareness and management within the team.

- Work closely with other procurement services teams globally to drive strategic initiatives.

- Develop and maintain the contract management solution with support of the business.

The Successful Candidate:

- You must have around 15 to 20 years of experience in procurement services in a customer facing operations.

- You should have strong track record of delivering substantial and sustainable quality improvement programs and managing outsourced supplier relationships.

- Prior experience of managing relationships with internal and external teams along with strategic procurement leadership experience.

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, supporting long term career development.

- You should have supported global geographies managing a spend size of around 400-500 million USD in the previous role.
