Job Description

Responsible for all the Commercial Functions in the Plant like Purchase, Stores, Logistics, Compliance, MIS, Accounts etc..( Should be a Commercial Head )

Maintenance of inventories & material movement records.

Coordination with production planning department and Marketing people to produce the material as per requirement and delivery date.

Negotiation with vendors & approval of Purchase order.

Maintain the inventories within the norms, Warehouse management.

Logistics: Observation of all transporters vehicle & Bills with claim notes.

Physical verification of inventories & reasons for variances & slow moving.

Monitoring the manpower cost, department wise & cost center wise.

Negotiation of freight with transporters for dispatch of finished goods by road.

GR Materials verification & Monthly Pallet Reconciliation customer wise.

Factory Administration, Liasoning with Government Bodies, Statutory Bodies and resolving all the issues related to the plant.

Salary: 25,00,000 - 30,00,000 P.A

Desired Candidate Profile

A person with experience as a Commercial Head of a manufacturing plant with turnover of around 400- 500 crores & typically a chemical or continuous process plant with hazardous chemicals & pollution management facilities preferred

Role & Responsibilities- Heading entire commercial function at plant.
