About our Client - Our client is one of the largest global MNC banks and has seen exponential growth in India. Globally employing more than half a million people, our client is known for its broad range of services across investment banking, corporate & commercial banking, private and asset management.They are looking to recruit an exceptional leader into their commercial banking technology team.

Job Description - This role reports to the Executive Director - Technology and will have 5-6 VPs reporting to him/her. The total team sized managed (directly and indirectly) will be close to 200. Main responsibilities include:

- Taking end to end responsibility of all applications that fall under the commercial banking domain.

- Managing P & L for the whole commercial banking technology vertical.

- Managing and controlling the technology road map and the key strategic investments in technology.

- Recruiting and retaining top technology talent and provide a nurturing and progressive culture.

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will have at least 7+ years of management experience in technology across banking & financial services domain and 14+ years of total experience. Previous experience in banking technology is mandatory . Prior experience in MNC banks is preferred.
