Sr VP - Analytics - Insurance Vertical

Key accountabilities:

- To lead Analytic business for insurance and healthcare.

- S/he shall be responsible for the client / process.

- S/He shall also be responsible for profitability, customer service and team development and service delivery.

- S/He will also be an active member in obtaining new business and will be responsible for incubating teams/ POC to introduce new capabilities for the organisation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To ensure Formulation and achievement of goals, strategy, structure, staffing, skills, style and processes are synergistic with the vertical’s objectives / super ordinate goal.

- Develop an extensive portfolio of large, long-term services opportunities/ deals and selects the most attractive opportunities based on proactive market screening, account targeting and business analysis techniques for potential engagement.

- Managing the Profit and loss account, grow the business consistently & profitably to achieve an organization with growth of people and turnover with good profit margins.

- Develop extensive CxO level and senior management relationships. Leads client interactions and facilitates operating units alignment to the agreed upon service standards.

- Minimize risk to customers & company during transition & during the steady state. To be achieved by careful choice of the technical solution, application of adequate resources, first rate people & infrastructure, workable & robust business continuity plan.

- Ensure high asset utilisation & high people productivity and to maintain excellent quality & output

- Undertakes responsibility for the business and people metrics of a business unit or functional group (tracking results, trouble shooting, managing and developing)

Expected Profile :

- From the Insurance Analytic (&/or) health care analytic business and has experience in managing goals, strategy, client engagement, profitability and has done similar roles in the past.

- Minimum 14-15 yrs of post qualification experience in Analytic and considerable time in Insurance and / or Insurance and Healthcare Analytic's.

- Education : Post Graduation in Statistics/Mathematics/Econometric / MBA from a Tier 1 - B school. + SAS
