JD

- Responsible for application architecture, design and delivery of an enterprise application. This role will be focused on the implementation of Critical AML initiative which is a regulatory commitment for the organization.

- Responsible for Development management of a large size/ highly complex IT enterprise application which is global in nature and has integration across business lines.

- Lead architecture, design and development of enterprise application. Establish application framework including data model and rules framework. Troubleshoots complex system problems providing diagnosis and resolution.
Accountable for planning, technical leadership, best practices for design and development, reuse, quality, and project coordination necessary to implement software changes/enhancements and resolve technical problems
Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

- Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules; program estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Interface with senior program leadership regarding status of projects and manage risks, issues, and program prioritization of work.

- Partners with multiple project teams globally to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identifies and defines necessary system and process enhancements.

- Identify the risks in delivery of integration enhancements, develop mitigation plans and surface to the Apps Delivery Manager.

- Establishes development best practice for the team to follow and develops standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.

- Impacts the IT program leadership function by strategic influence and by exercising control over resources, budget management and planning; accountable for end results.

- Acts as advisor or coach providing technical guidance to development team; allocates work.

- Evaluates subordinates performance and responsible for other people management actions.

- Applies in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.

- Create and maintain effective program communication for senior business and technology management consumption.
