Senior Treasury Sales Analyst for one of the leading commercial banks in Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform sales analysis and customer segmentation to identify cross sell opportunities for Corporate Sales and Branches desk.
- Analyze coverage (sales, service, product development, pricing, channels, etc.) to identify coverage gaps and under-served customer needs. Ensure that all marketing channels are fully leveraged (e.g., product launches, special events, seminars, press and media advertising).
- Assist in preparing marketing plans, presentations and materials for customers.
- Assist in the prospecting process (sourcing, screening, credit checking, etc.).
- Perform Treasury customer survey and analysing results for follow up action.
- Obtain input from call reports tracking to identify changes in customer needs and behavior.
- Analyze and evaluate data on competition and estimate our market share and potential market penetration.
- Prepare monthly management reports on Treasury customer profitability, volumes, pricing/margin trend, market share, competitor review, prospecting results, etc.
- Work with Corporate Banking, Golden Service, Retail Banking and Financial Institution Division to develop, monitor and report on Treasury Sales targets. Co-ordinate with Corporate Strategy and Tactics and Retail Strategy and Tactics groups to share global customer profitability data.
- Assist in setting KPIs and targets for Treasury & Investment staff. Ensure completion of monthly KPI reporting process
- Assist Head of TSS in developing budgets and strategic plans for Treasury and Investment division
- Co-ordinate with Internal/External auditors on matters related to Treasury & Invesment Division
- Assist the Head of TSS in preparing proposals and making recommendations to ALCO/Board on new customer related products.
- Continually develop and refine Treasury Sales Performance Metrics. Ensure that deviations in performance vs. targets are communicated to Regional Sales Desk Heads periodically.
- The Job holder is obliged to abide by any instructions provided by his Manager with respect to the scope of work.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in commerce, finance, accounting, and/or economics /MBA/CA
Professional Experience:
Minumum 5 years experience in related field (strategy level responsibilities or experience with strategy consulting firm with financial services experience)
Personal requirements:
- Good knowledge of treasury and capital market products
- In-depth local market knowledge (covering all regions)
- Good knowledge of marketing and sales
- Working knowledge of strategic planning and forecasting
- Working knowledge of credit
- Knowledge of bank operations
- Strong analytical skills
- Strategic thinking
- Good communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Team player
- Proficient in the use of PC
- Inquisitive and thinks “out of the box”
- Accounting and Numerical
- Form alliance across various departments of the Bank
- English essential (Arabic preferable)
Remuneration: 100,000 US Dollars per annum
