Sr Technical Support Executive - R&D - FMCG

Designation : Sr. Technical Support Executive - R&D

Location : Lower Parel

Should be matured, knowledgeable, prompt and have atleast 3-5 years of experience in similar type of job.

Core duties :

- Carry out technical analysis in support to customer/internal queries

- Overseeing all activities of the Lab to ensure smooth functioning with respective to various projects executed

- Control and manage stock level of bases and their ingredients made on site

- Test fragrances and raw materials according to project requirements

- Maintain database of stability testing and advise the project team of results

- Responsible for sending any customer base, benchmarks to requested sites for performance testing, GCMS

- Report progress of projects on a monthly basis to your line manager

- To support as a technical expert providing advice to team members on fragrance/ Raw material interaction with finished products

- To have an understanding of regulations related to Personal Care products

Experience and Skills

- Educated to a science based degree level or qualified in Cosmetic science with preferably 3-5 years of experience in a formulation laboratory.

- Must have some understanding of surfactant chemistry or some experience in formulating Household Care or Personal Care products .

- Ability to follow instructions as laid out in various procedures.

- Good time report writing and management skills - Responsible for weekly and monthly Lab report and follow up of the same thereafter.

- Ability to work with a variety of different departments including non-technical
