Job Title : Sr. Talent Sourcers / Sr. Talent Advisors / Sr. Recruiters
Have a look at your roles & responsibilities at TA Corridor :
- Strong ability to source, present, schedule candidate interviews, prep candidates, follow-up and complete any necessary paperwork required to complete the hiring process.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, demonstrating ability to anticipate client's preferences through high interview to offer ratios.
- Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all client SLAs.
- Partner with client's TA team to build candidate generation plans, which include industry/competitive research and sourcing tactics to attract passive and active candidates for better hit ratio.
- Staying on top of the market, industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries /requests.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment status, analysis, dashboards, manage & deliver them in a timely and consistent basis
- Demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing client service. Create a WOW experience for candidates and clients through direct and meaningful engagement throughout the hiring life-cycle.
You must have :
- 6-8 years of IT recruiting experience with excellent command over English including demonstrated oral and written abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.).
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and consistency in providing requested data
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
