A leading Fortune 500 Company is looking for SAP HR/HCM Sr.Consultant

Location: Mumbai (Only local candidates apply ie Mumbai)

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech/ MCA (full time)/ MBA (full time)

Academics: 60% Mandatory

Position: 1

- Implementing SAP MSS services and HCM P&F in SAP ECC 6 with EhP6

ESS/MSS-

- Assessing business requirements and preparing functional designs

- Determining functionality that must be customized to meet business rqmts

- Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying MSS services (e.g. Team Viewer)

- Designing and implementing HCM Processes & Forms

- Using Web Dynpro ABAP based FPM applications

- Performing OADP configuration in MSS

- Developing workflow templates and tasks

- Designing MSS user roles

- Utilizing Nakisa for OM views in MSS

- Documenting functional specifications

- Deploying MSS globally in multiple languages

- Preparing test scenarios and performing MSS functional testing

- Developing user training content

- Demonstrating strong communications and interpersonal skills

HCM Functional Consultant –

- The resource will work closely with onsite management, production support team and the client to support the client's SAP HCM system, and will be responsible for ongoing production support including break-fix, support and minor enhancements, analyzing business requirements, analyzing functional specs and creating functional configuration deliverables, and providing functional support for technical teams performing development work, testing the solution as well as supporting the solution.

- The candidate must have strong SAP HCM functional knowledge in areas of PA, OM, Benefits and Payroll, including exposure to HCM technical components for reports, interfaces, enhancements, etc.. The resources will provide HCM functional expertise within the SAP HCM module.

- Individual must have in-depth functional knowledge of the HCM module and how it relates across the application. This resource will also be the day-to-day point of contact with the client stakeholders. Will work closely with HCM Tower lead in determining defined HCM tower-level initiatives, maintain ticket list for this tower (work scoping, assignments, throughput, sign-off, releases, etc.)., lead client teams through work initiatives when applicable (close activities, pay cycles, etc.), building off best practice, report on performance metrics and status items for your area, and escalate client, team or work issues to the program manager. Resource must also show experience with working with onshore/onsite/offshore team composite.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

- Very Important - Heavy specialization on Payroll functionality (requirements, configuration, testing)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM modules (Payroll, PA, OM, Benefits, TM, ESS, ECM, MSS)

- Strong experience in business knowledge and functional configuration in PA, OM, Benefits, Payroll, TM, ECM, ESS, MSS

- Application Development as it applies to HCM, ability to analyze requirements and perform functional configuration or provide functional specifications to technical teams as applicable

- In-depth knowledge of Talent Management /E-recruiting module to support the annual performance appraisal process.

- Experience in SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6
