Our client is an integrated end-to-end electronic waste (e-waste) recycling company and now the first e-waste recycler to be registered with the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India, is committed to initiate a socially-responsible movement towards electronic waste. The company has close technical collaboration with a leading US company for mechanical separation, a first-of-its kind indigenous metallurgical process developed in the separate R&D division of the company.
The company has tie-ups with a host of corporates like LG, Perot Systems, PepsiCo, Wipro, The Leela, Visa India, GE, etc. Dr APJ Adbul Kalam & Sachin Pilot inaugurated our client's biggest plant. The e waste would be a $1 Billion market in the next few years and our client expect to be the LEADING player in this market. Apart from our client there is no company in India which does complete recycling of e waste. Our client's team comprises of some of the best brains in the business and the backing of two of the leading Venture Capital firms worldwide, NEA-IUV and DFJ.k.
We are looking at Senior Sales Manager - North (Gurgaon) & South (Bengaluru) responsible for B2B, B2C sales with enlarged network management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should create effective competitive selling programs/strategies for promoting various products to improve the product awareness and enhance business growth.
- Identify potential customers and create extensive customer base.
- Should build contact with the client’s senior management.
- Forecast monthly/annual sales targets and execute them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele and eventually, surpassing targets.
- Build brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements.
- Plan and conduct promotional activities to ensure consistent Sales and Brand Building
- Management of Strategic and High value Enterprise customers from service & support perspective, in alignment with organisation’s objectives.
- Create rapport with clients with constant interaction and thus help to retain the relationship.
- Setting up reliable and dedicated channel and distribution networks or accomplishing the targeted sales and revenue figures.
- Constantly motivate and monitor the performance of the Channel networks and distributors, encouraging them to achieve the results expected of them.
Other Requirements:
- Willing to work extended hours as and when required.
- Willing to work on weekends if required.
- Strong creativity and expertise in thinking out – of – the box.
CANDIDATURE:
- Work Experience - Min - 1 yrs (Premier School) - Max - 13 yrs
- Good MBA (Premier Preferred)
- Should be energetic, dynamic & aggressive.
- Should be strong in communication skills & posses a solid network
