Sr level- recruitments

We are currently looking for a VP Level position in recruitments based at Mumbai with a leading BFSI organisation

Required experience of 10 -15 yrs with full time MBA in recruitment from BFSI / BANKING Division ONLY

Role involves:

- Handling recruitment for BFSI divison

- Provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support.

- Working on recruitment strategies and manage multiple stakeholders

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
