Sr. Level - Talent Managment
- We are currently looking for a Sr. level position in Talent Management with a leading manufacturing organization at Mumbai
- Required experience of 10-13yrs with full time MBA from Manufacturing/ Pharma/ Auto/ FMCG or CD Industry.
Candidate should have good exposure in:
- Development of Assessment centers, Talent management, Succession planning.
Role involves:
- Conceptualized & designed Career Progression System for employees which includes design of Development Center and Assessment Centers
- Planning & deploying Growth & Development initiatives for the identified Talent Pool through Career Planning, Training and Development.
- Institutionalizing the succession planning process for the key positions across the organization.
- Create development and succession plans, and coach employees to ensure that talent is maximized, and ready to meet the current and future leadership needs of the business.
